I apologize to you for receiving two newsletters. I sent out one last night (8/5) titled "June 2024" when it was supposed to say "August 2024."  I also failed to change the Title for July's Newsletter, an honest but critical mistake I don't intend to repeat.

Gold to Silver Ratio - re-rewrote

What is "re-rewrote?"  Last month I re-rewrote Gold to Silver and Dow to Gold ratio pages because I wasn't happy with the re-editing I did on them in February, so I rewrote them again, and now I'm happy with them.  

The updates are not done, I'm only about half done so there is much more to come.

My Take on the Markets

Fundamental Analysis

After Friday's job data (8/2), Friday's market sell-off and seeing this Zero Hedge story Warren Buffet called the Top (over the weekend - edit), I anticipated a sell-off in today's stock market, which is why I waited until tonight (Monday - 8/5) to write this part of the monthly newsletter. 

In today's sell-off of the stock markets, we saw precious metals sold off too.  This was expected and it is why I've been posting the cautious note (below) as the last thing stated under this section (My Take on the Markets) since December 2023. 
Note: "If there happens to be a Large Broad-Market Correction or Crash in the next four weeks, gold and silver have always, and likely will again, drastically fall in price as traders scramble for liquidity and will sell anything to find it"

I inserted this extra statement in April's newsletter (here) but have not used it since; yet, it couldn't be more true.  "Although the prices of silver and gold are usually the quickest to recover after such events."

As for the markets, "Expect the unexpected."  For gold and silver, as long as uncertainty remains high in the markets, it's good for them.

Technical Analysis

Gold

Yesterday, I put this chart together for gold and wondered if the sell-off in the stock market would effect it, surprisingly it didn't.

To add to what is written in the chart, I expect Gold to continue to trade inside the Andrew's Pitchfork.

Silver

Silver's price fell a little more dramatically than gold after yesterday's sell-off, so unlike gold's chart, today's sell-off damaged the technical patterns that had formed in silver's price chart.

For the month, the best technical analysis that I can give you at this time is that I expect silver to continue to trade inside the Andrew's Pitchfork.

One Last Thing...

Did you know that life can be eternal?

No matter what age you are, no matter where you are in life, the best thing you can do is get your heart and soul right with God ~ Jesus Christ, the son of God.

Jesus shed his perfect blood as the perfect sacrifice for mankind's sin, so that you could be forgiven of sin. Submit to him, ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, and you'll be free of the sins in your past.

You are not perfect after that; you are "born again" and try not to sin, and when you do, you ask Jesus to forgive you, and through his perfect blood sacrifice, he does.

Three days after Jesus died on the cross, he was resurrected to give everyone who believes in him eternal life; This is the blessing behind Easter.

Learn about Jesus Christ and how he died and defeated eternal death through his resurrection so that you to can have eternal life - here.  

Talk to Jesus, Pray to him like you would your best friend, and you'll see him move mountains in your life.  Remember to end your prayers with "in Jesus name, Amen" because there is power in his name.
